摘要 通过对祁门红茶自动化加工关键技术与装备的研究,开发了自动萎凋机和发酵机等祁门红茶初制关键设备,并解决了生产线联接、自动控制等关键技术难题,建立起国内首条工夫红茶初制自动化生产线,使祁门红茶实现自动化、清洁化生产,提升了祁门红茶的品质与卫生质量安全。 The key techniques and equipments of automatic processing for Keemun black tea were studied. Automatic withering machine and fermenting machine were developed, and the key technical problems such as production line connection and automatic control were solved. The first domestic automatic processing line for Congou black tea was established. The automatic processing line could realize automatic and clean processing of Keemun black tea, and improve the quality and health safety of Keemun black tea.
