摘要
随着地球资源的日益贫乏,基础能源的投资成本日益增加,安全问题和污染隐患无处不在。太阳能作为一种"取之不尽,用之不竭"的安全、环保新能源越来越受到重视。因此,太阳能照明产品随着太阳能热水器普及之后应运而生,文章就太阳能路灯和发光二极管(Light emitting diode,LED)路灯的效果作一对比,根据两者的优缺点,提出了针对不同应用场所,不同的照明系统因地制宜的选择照明系统的配置方案。
In the support vector machine(SVM) based voice over internet protocol (VOIP)speaker verification system study, it is important to obtain a ideal recognition rate whereas SVM kernel function is one of the most critical factors that affect the recognition rate. In order to improve the recognition rate, a novel conformal transformation is proposed, and the kernel function is modified by the transformation. The experimental results show that the method presented in this paper has a better recognition rate in speaker verification then stand SVM.
