单片机控制的微流控芯片微型气动装置系统设计

Systematic Design of Pneumatic Components Controlled by Single-chip Microcomputers in Microfluidic Chips

摘要 微流体控制和驱动技术是微流控芯片(Microfluidic Chip)发展和应用的关键技术之一,介绍了一种基于STC90C516RD+系列单片机控制和驱动微流控芯片内管道内液体的电路结构设计。设计的微流控芯片上集成了微管道、微阀和气动微泵等结构,单片机通过外部的独立按键选择和控制电磁阀,实现对微流控芯片内的进样管道选择和流体控制。该系统结构简单、稳定可靠,适宜作为独立的系统实现微流控芯片的复杂控制。 Abstract:The microfluidic control and drive technology is crucial to the development and application of microfluidic chips. The control system based on STC90C516RD + single-chip microcomputers was intro- duced to drive pneumatic components in microfluidic chips. The micro channels, micro valves and micro pumps could be controlled by single-chip microcomputers through press keys and solenoid valves. The system, in a simple and robust way, makes easy the fluidic control in microfludic chips for different pur- poses of application.
