摘要
选取三种不同金属离子、不同取代基的金属酞菁光敏剂——苯硫基酞菁锌(C56H32N8S4Zn)、苯硫基铝酞菁(C56H32AlClN8S4)和烷氧基铝酞菁(C56H32AlClN8O4),进行了光敏剂对人肝癌细胞的杀伤实验。结果表明,既亲水又亲脂的取代基可以更好地与癌细胞结合,有效杀伤癌细胞,具有较好的光动力杀伤效果。
Abstract: Three kinds of metal phthalocyanines Cs6 H32 N8 S4 Zn, C56 H32 AlCIN8 S4 and C56 H32 AlClN8O4 with different metal ions and different substituents were studied. Based on cancer cell experiments in vivo, the results showed that the metal phthalocyanines with hydrophilic and lipophilic substituents had great photodynamic effects on cancer cells.
