以某化工仓储项目为例,在采用国内可行性研究常用方法的基础上进行实地调研得到第一手资料,调研增加了环境保护、风险分析、定量分析、供给分析、动态分析和宏观效益分析等内容或方法,弥补了国内可行性研究存在的不足,结论更为科学可靠,从而为仓储项目的可行性研究提供了研究范例和支撑。

Abstract： On the basis of some domestic conventional methods of the feasibility study, this paper has made a detailed research into a chemical storehouse project with the first-hand information. This paper also made further introductions of-the items and approaches about environmental protection, risk analy- sis, quantitative analysis, supply analysis, dynamic analysis and macro-benefit analysis, hoping to make up for the original insufficiency of domestic feasibility research and to make the conclusions on the con- tents and the methods of the related feasibility research more practically scientific and reliable. The study provides examples and technical reference of research content for the feasibility studies on the storehouse project.
