阿维菌素和灭蝇胺的单一及复合污染对蚯蚓的急性毒性效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 阿维菌素和灭蝇胺是比较常见的农业生产用药,他们的使用可能对环境造成污染.本实验以蚯蚓为实验动物,采用滤纸接触法进行染性实验,研究阿维菌素和灭蝇胺单一与复合污染对蚯蚓的毒性效应.单一实验表明,阿维菌素和灭蝇胺均有毒性,且灭蝇胺的毒性比阿维菌素大,48h半致死浓度分别为2.27 g/L和6.35 g/L.复合毒性实验结果表明,混合污染的毒性均大于单一污染.可见阿维菌素和灭蝇胺对土壤生态系统安全性和土壤健康质量存在潜在危害,同时两种污染物的共存进一步加大了潜在危害性. Abamectin and destroy flies amine is more common agricultural production use, they use may cause to the environment pollution . In the present study for experimental animals earthworms, the filter paper contact method for the dye experiment, research abamectin and destroy flies amine and compound pollution on a single the toxic effects of earthworms . A single experiment shows that abamectin and destroy flies are toxic amine, and destroy flies amine toxic than abamectin big, 48 h and a half to death concentration are 2.27 g/L and 6.35 g/L. Composite toxic experimental re- sults showed that the hybrid toxic pollution are larger than a single pollution. Visible abameetin and destroy flies amine soil ecosystem health safety and soil quality potentially harm, and at the same time two pollutants also increased the co-existence of the potential dangers.
