摘要
本文通过对囊肿去顶减压术治疗成人型多囊肾9例的临床资料分析,认为对有症状的多囊肾患者是有显著疗效的。术中强调去顶要彻底,用电刀时要用冰水冲洗降温。如已进入尿毒症期的患者禁忌施行此术。
The clinical results of 9 surgically-treated polycystic kidney diseases of adult type are analyzed. It is suggested that cyst-deroof decompression have a highly curative cffect on the patients. The chief difficulty lies in the fact that nearly all the cysts should be deroofed layer by layer through electrotome and at the same time the cavities are irrigated by cold normal saline. The operation is contraindicated in patients with uraemia.
