康成贴膏对骨折动物模型的治疗研究

Treatment research of Kang-cheng tiegao on animal model of bone fracture

摘要 目的研究康成贴膏对骨折愈合的影响。方法通过制作比格犬骨折动物模型,并用康成贴膏治疗,观察骨折肢支撑着地时间,并于在给药前至给药后1~3周观测骨折肢X线片评分、血清碱性磷酸酶、血清磷、血清钙水平。结果康成贴膏可明显缩短动物骨折模型伤肢支撑着地所需的时间,促进骨痂生长,提高骨折愈合评分,明显升高血清碱性磷酸酶水平(均P<0.05),而对血清磷和血清钙水平无影响。结论康成贴膏具有促进骨折愈合的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Kang-cheng tiegao on bone fracture healing. Methods Animal fracture model was established and treated by Kang-cheng tiegao. Besides, The support touchdown time and X-ray photograph grading was investigated, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) , serum phosphor and serum calcium were also analyzed. Results Kang-cheng tigao could significantly shorten the touchdown time, increas both fracture healing and callus fromation, ALP were significantly higher after administration. However, the serum phosphate and serum calcium levels were little changed. Conclusions The result suggested that Kang-cheng tiegao is effective in promoting fracture healing.
