摘要
高校作为培养高级人才的重要基地,其师资力量起着举足轻重的作用。随着知识更新的加快,教师需要不断变更其知识结构才能更好的为高校服务,因此高校对教师进行人力资本投资是必要的也是必须的。然而人才市场的放开又使人力资本投资风险日益增加。于是,使一些高校陷入了一种两难境地:不投资,教师素质难以提高,影响学校进一步发展;投资后,教师容易流失,投资不但没有收益,而且还损失其投资成本。因此如何才能既使高校教师获得预期的培训效果,又使高校的投资获得回报是众多高校关注的一个焦点。通过本文的模型推导得出:高校应该也必须为其教师进行人力资本投资,但投资额需要有一定的限制。
As the main basis of cultivating high-level person, higher education school's teachers are of great importance. With the fast development of information and knowledge, teachers need to renew their knowledge structure in order to service in the high school. Therefore, it is necessary for high school to invest On teachers' human capital. During this process, a series of problem appear, in which the most important is the drifting after investment. It not only wastes the limited resources of high school, but also make them lose their investing confidence. As a result, there is a dilemma to high school: not invest, the quality of teachers couldn't catch up with the school's development; invest, it is easy for teacher to drift, not only resulting in nothing but also impair its investment and the cost of information. Therefore, how to acquire the training effects and the rewards has become a focus of many high schools. The article draw a conclusion: the higher education school should invest to their teachers.ln the same time the investment should have a limit.
