酗酒对心功能和血清中8异前列腺素F2α及过氧化氢酶含量的影响

摘要 目的通过观察酗酒对心功能和血清中8异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平的影响,探讨酗酒对心功能的损害以及氧化应激反应在其中的作用。方法纳入2009年3月~2009年11月在华北煤炭医学院附属医院门诊及唐山钢铁公司医院门诊查体人员中有酗酒史的85例为酗酒组(均为男性),同期纳入无饮酒史健康男性85例作为对照组。应用超声心动图检查各项心功能指标,同时采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定血清8-iso-PGF2α水平,采用可见光法测定血清CAT水平。并通过多元逐步回归分析心功能的影响因素。结果与对照组相比,酗酒组室间隔厚度、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室后壁舒张期厚度、二尖瓣舒张晚期最大流速均升高(P<0.01);酗酒组左心室射血分数、左心室短轴缩短率、二尖瓣舒张早期最大流速、E/A比值较对照组显著降低(P<0.01);酗酒组较对照组血清8-iso-PGF2α水平显著升高[(0.94±0.40)pg/mlvs.(0.54±0.19)pg/ml,P<0.01],CAT水平显著降低[(0.55±0.09)U/mlvs.(0.71±0.12)U/ml,P<0.01]。结论酗酒可导致心功能受损;氧化应激机制可能参与心功能受损的发生发展过程。 Objective To discuss the injury of excessive drinking to heart function and role of oxidative stress response through observing the influences of excessive drinking on heart function and level of serum 8-iso- prostaglandin F2 α( 8-iso-PGF2 α) and catalase ( CAT ) . Methods The cases ( n =85 ) with drinking history examined in the clinics of the Affiliated Hospital of North China Coal Medical University and Hospital of Tang Shan Iron and Steel Group Corporation were selected as excessive drinking group ( male all ) from March, 2009 to Nov. 2009, and male health cases ( n =85 ) without drinking history were selected in the same period as control group. The indexes of heart function were examined by using echocardiogram, and at the same time, the level of serum 8-iso-PGF2 α was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) , and level of serum CAT was detected by using visible spectrometry. The influence factors on heart function were analyzed by applying multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results Compared with control group, in excessive drinking group IVSd, LVIDd, LVPWTd and peak A all increased ( P 0.01 ) . LVEF, FS , peak E and ration of E/A all decreased significantly in excessive drinking group compared with control group ( P 0.01 ) . The level of serum 8-iso-PGF2 α increased significantly in excessive drinking group compared with control group [ ( 0.94 ± 0.40 ) pg/ml vs . ( 0.54 ± 0.19 ) pg/ml, P 0.01], and level of serum CAT decreased significantly in excessive drinking group compared with control group [ ( 0.55 ± 0.09 ) U/ml vs . ( 0.71 ± 0.12 ) U/ml, P 0.01]. Conclusion Heavy drinking can lead heart function injury and oxidative stress mechanism may take part in the generation and development of heart function injury
