清肺解毒化痰法对COPD急性加重期临床疗效评价研究

Research on the clinical evaluation of Qingfei Jiedu Huatan formula in acute exacerbation period of COPD

目的:BODE评分对清肺解毒化痰法对COPD急性加重期的临床评价。方法:将符合诊断标准的COPD加重期患者91例分为两组:中药组47例和常规组44例,常规组规范化治疗方案,中药组在其基础上加清肺解毒化痰方,疗程为8周。通过治疗前后对患者AECOPD缓解时间、住院持续时间和BODE评分进行评价。结果:中药组AECOPD缓解时间、AECOPD住院时间和BODE评分明显优于常规组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);中药组BODE评分前后对比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而常规组差异性不大。结论:清肺解毒化痰法对COPD急性加重期的治疗有较好作用。

Objective： To apply BODE scores to evaluate the effect of Qingfei Jiedu Huatan formula in acute exacerbation period of COPD. Methods： 91 patients which was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of COPD were randomly divided into 2. groups, 47 cases in the TCM group and 44 cases in the routine group. The routine group was given standardized treatment, while Qingfei Jiedu Huatan formula was given to the TCM group on the basis of standardized treatment. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The AECOPD relieving time, persistence time in hospital and BODE scores were evaluated. Results： The AECOPD relieving time, persistence time in hospital and BODE scores of the TCM treated group were significantly better than those of the routine group （P〈0.05）. The BODE scores of TCM treated group before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0.05）, while there was no significantly difference in the routine group. Conclusion： Qingfei Jiedu Huatan formula had reasonable effect in acute exacerbation period of COPD.
