生精胶囊联合他莫昔芬对男性少弱精子症治疗的研究

Study on treating oligozoospermia and asthenospermia by Shengjing capsule combined with tamoxifen

目的:观察生精胶囊联合他莫昔芬治疗男性少弱精子症的疗效。方法:选择不孕不育门诊确诊为少弱精子症患者80例,分为治疗组和观察组,各40例。治疗组予生精胶囊和他莫昔芬,对照组予维生素E、维生素C、锌剂,治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:口服生精胶囊和他莫昔芬组治疗有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组精子密度和前向运动精子明显增多,与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:口服生精胶囊联合他莫昔芬对男性少弱精子症疗效显著,无不良反应。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Shengjing capsule combined with tamoxifen in treating oligozoospermia and asthenospermia. Methods： 80 cases with oligozoospermia or asthenospermia from out-patient clinic of sterility and infertility were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The therapy group was treated with Shengjing capsule and tamoxifen, and the control group was treated with vitamin E, vitamin C and zinc agents. The effects were assessed after 3 month treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the therapy group was 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. The sperm density and the number of forward movement of sperm were significantly increased comparing with control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shengjing capsule combined with tamoxifen had significant effect on oligozoospermia and asthenospermia,with rare side effects.
