葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating the neck type of cervical spondylosiss with the puerariae decoction

目的:观察葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选择2011年9月～2012年2月就诊于我院的颈型颈椎病患者94例作为研究的对象,随机分为两组,实验组(葛根汤组)48例,对照组(布洛芬胶囊组)46例,10d为1个疗程,观察3个疗程后的临床疗效。结果:实验组颈型颈椎病患者治疗后总有效率为95.8%,明显高于对照组颈型颈椎病患者,差异明显,经统计学处理得出P<0.05。结论:葛根汤具有舒经活络、散风寒表邪等作用,与本病病机相合,同时配合颈部及背部肌肉锻炼有利于稳定颈部周围肌群的稳定,疗效更佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of puerariae decoction in treating the neck type of cervical spondylosiss. Methods： 94 cases of patients with the neck type of cervical spondylosiss collected from September in 2011 to February in 2012 were divided into two groups, 48 cases in the treatment group （treated with puerariae decoction） and 46 cases in the control group （treated with Brufen capsule）. The clinical effect was observed after 3 courses of treatment, 10 days in one course treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 95.8%, much higher than the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Puerariae decoction had an effect of releasing the dysmenorrhea, activating collaterals, removing pathogenic wind-cold and exogenous pathogens, which was coincide with the pathogenesis. If combined with neck and back muscle training, it would be more effective in stabilizingg the muscle group around neck.
