体外震波碎石术结合自拟排石汤治疗输尿管结石122例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 122 cases of ureteral calculus by extracorporeal shock wave combined with self-made decoction

目的:对体外震波碎石术(ESWL)结合自拟排石汤治疗输尿管结石的疗效观察,方法将2009年12月～2011年6月期间结石专科治疗的122例患者随机分为治疗组(体外震波碎石术后常规西药治疗基础上加用自拟排石汤治疗)及对照组(体外震波碎石术后单纯常规西药治疗),观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:ESWL术后使用西药结合自拟排石汤治疗结石明显提高结石排出率,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with self-made decoction of removing urinary calculus in treating ureteral calculus. Methods： 122 cases of patients collected in calculus department from December in 2009 to June in 2011 were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with self-made decoction of removing urinary calculus besides routine western medicine after extracorporeal shock wave treatment. While the control group was treated with only routine western medicine after extracorporeal shock wave treatment. Observed and compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion： Western medicine combined with self-made decoction of removing urinary calculus after extracorporeal shock wave improved the lithecbole rate significantly.
