补中益气汤加味治疗脑分水岭梗死40例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of CWI with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction

目的:观察补中益气汤加味治疗脑分水岭梗死患者的疗效。方法:选择我科收入的分水岭脑梗死患者共80例,根据治疗方式的不同,患者分为观察组(阿司匹林+吡拉西坦+补中益气汤加味)及对照组(阿司匹林+吡拉西坦),对比两组患者疗效差别。结果:两组患者临床疗效对比显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的70%,结果对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,P<0.05。结论:补中益气汤加味联合西药治疗分水岭脑梗死疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treating cerebral watershed infarction （CWI）. Methods： 80 patients were selected in our department, patients were divided into the observation group （aspirin＋imidacloprid＋ Buzhong Yiqi decoction） and the control group （aspirin＋imidacloprid）, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： Compared clinical effects of two groups showed, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, significantly higher than 70% of the control groups, comparative results has statistical significance, P〈0.05. Neural function defect scale of the observation group significantly lower than before treatment and the control group after treatment, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The efficacy of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus modem medicine was significant in treating CWI.
