摘要 文章主要针对金属结合剂自锐性差,树脂结合剂耐热性差的缺点,研发一种低温烧结复合型的金属-树脂结合剂。结合剂以铜粉、锡粉、锌粉、铅粉、银粉、树脂粉等为原料,先冷压成型,再热压烧结,当树脂含量为10%,温度460℃时,样条的硬度值达83.4HRB,强度值达145.5 MPa。最佳烧结工艺:温度460℃,保温时间1分钟,压力为0.5MPa。 This paper developed a metal-resin bond in the lowing sintering temperature for the improving the poor self-sharpening in metal bond and heat resistance in resin bond respectively. The copper powder, tin powder, zinc powder, lead powder, silver powder and resin powder were used as the raw materials. The sample was cold press and then hot pressed sintered, when hot pressed sintering temperature is 460℃ with the 10% additive resin, the hardness and the bending strength of the sample reaches 83. 4HRB and 145.5MPa respectively. The optimal sintering processing was 460℃ for lmin with the pressure at 0.5MPa.
