摘要
在HJ—650型智能化六面顶压机上用间接加热的方法进行了Φ49腔体低密度原辅材料和高密度原辅材料合成金刚石的试验。分析了试验中出现的现象,表明使用高密度原辅材料不仅提高了金刚石产品的产量,并且有效提高了金刚石的品级,实现了在腔体不变的情况下,明显降低Ⅰ、Ⅱ型料比例的目的。对试验效果的分析表明,在相同的工艺曲线下,低密度原辅材料合成金刚石比高密度原辅材料合成金刚石的效果要差很多,因此,在腔体不变的情况下合成高品级金刚石必须提高所使用原辅材料的密度。
Researches of synthesizing diamond using Ф49mm cavity with high and low density raw and auxiliary materials were taken respectively by an indirect heating way under HJ-650 intelligent cubic press machine. By analyzing the phenomenon in the test, it shows high density raw and auxiliary material not only can improved the yield hut also the quality that the proportion of I,Ⅱ type products can be reduced without changing the cavity size. The results show that it has a worse result by using the low density raw and auxiliary materials under the same process. Therefore, without changing the cavity size, we have to use the high density raw and auxiliary materials.
