摘要
在粉末的爆炸压实、冲击合成和动态固结的多数工作中,都使用冲击波通过两种粉末混合的粉末介质,最终达到其压实、合成和固结的目的。例如爆炸合成多晶金刚石采用的粉末原料是石墨粉中加入适当的金属粉如铜粉。冲击波通过二相混合的粉末介质时,有其独特的传播机理,粉末的颗粒间发生复杂的入射波与反射波。文章对平面飞片打击下的一维应变波作了深入分析,提出了一维应变波下传播的力学模型,理论已在实际中得到成功的应用。
In a large number of works on explosive compaction, shock synthesis and dy- namic consolidation, it mostly uses the shock-wave through mixed powder of two differ- ent powders to reach the ultimate aim of compaction, synthesis and consolidation. For ex- ample, the powder material for explosive synthesis of polycrystalline diamond is graphite added with proper metal powder such as copper. When the shock-wave pass through two phases mixed powder medium there will be a unique propagation mechanism of shock- wave to explain the complicated incident and reflected wave occurred between particle. This paper make a deep investigation of the one dimensional strain wave under striking of planar flying plate, advance a mechanical calculation model of wave propagation under one dimensional strain wave. The theory has been successfully applied in practice.
