摘要
树脂类结合剂工具,是超硬材料制品分类中的重要组成部分之一。为了改善环氧树脂的综合应用性能,试验以纳米氢氧化铝作为增强体,分析评价了制备的纳米复合材料的阻燃和机械性能。试验结果表明,油酸钠是氢氧化铝改性的有效表面活性剂,其在氢氧化铝中的添加量达到1%时改性效果最好,氢氧化铝的活化指数可以达到98.21%。复合材料的阻燃性能随着氢氧化铝填充量的增大而提高,而机械性能则随填充量的增大先提高后减小。为使复合材料有较佳的综合性能,纳米氢氧化铝在环氧树脂中的适宜填充量为60%~80%。
The resin bond superhard abrasive tool is one of important part in superhard material products, in order to improve the integrated application of epoxy resin perform- ance, the flame resistance and mechanical properties of nano composite material which prepared from the nanometer aluminum hydroxide as strengthen body has been examined through the test. The test results show that sodium oleate is effective surface active agent for aluminum hydroxide modification, the best modification effect were get when 1% a- mount of sodium oleate adding into aluminum hydroxide, and the activation index of alu- minum hydroxide can be reached 98.21%. The flame resistance performance of composite material will be increase with the filling amount of aluminum hydroxide and mechanical properties do negative. In order to make composite material has better comprehensive performance, 60% ~80% amount of nano aluminum hydroxide adding in the epoxy resin is reasonable.
