摘要
人力资本理论认为教育是一项可以为受教育者带来回报的投资,不但能带来经济回报,还能带来非经济回报。本研究运用因子分析方法对我国高等教育的非经济回报做出了比较研究。研究发现,总体来看,在13个学科门类中,文学的非经济回报最高,军事学次之,接下来依次为管理学、艺术学(含体育)与工学等。就工作总体满意度、家庭非经济资本、生活态度与社会地位自我认同度4个方面分别来看,拥有最高回报水平的学科门类依次为文学、医学、文学与军事学。
Human capital theory suggests that education can bring return to the students, including mone- tary return and non-monetary return. In this study, the non-monetary return to higher education in China has made. The research results are as follows. Overall, in the 13 disciplines, literature has the highest return, followed by military Science, management, art, and so on. The non-monetary return also can be divided into 4 respects, the job satisfaction, the non-economic capital of family, the attitude to life, and the social status of self-identity. And respectively, literature, medicine, literature and military science have the highest return.
