摘要
高师学科教学论中的实训教学是教师根据学科教学的要求,指导学生在校内创设的仿真教学情境中,进行教学理论知识的意义建构和教学技能的系统训练,提高学生从教能力的教学活动。实训教学具有学科性、完整性和常态性等特点,按照"三阶段、五步骤"模式进行,在彰显学科教学论的课程价值、增强学生学科教学技能、促进学生就业等方面发挥着重要作用。
