Interpersonal harmony is the foundation of all kinds of harmony. It is a necessary condition for ca- reer success, social stability and national prosperity to create a good interpersonal relationship. This article focu- ses on a number of issues such as the status and function of harmonious interpersonal relationship in the construc- tion of a harmonious society, the main phenomena of unharmonious interpersonal relationship, and the counter- measures for the constructing of interpersonal harmony.
