摘要
本文通过对某W国企的基层员工的满意度的描述统计分析得出结论和提高满意度的对策,然后结合某W国企的现状对初始结论和对策进行反思,最后运用多元回归分析总结出更加合理的方案及建议。
In light of the descriptive statistical analysis of primary - level employees in the state - owned en- terprise in W country, this paper presents some initial conclusions and strategies to improve their satisfaction. Based on the initial conclusions and reflections on the corresponding strategies, it demonstrates a more reasonable formula and proposal by using multiple regression analysis.
