颧骨复合体骨折经面部小切口入路手术的评价

The clinical assessment of minor facial incision in the treatment of zygomatic complex fractures

目的:评价面部小切口入路手术治疗颧骨复合体骨折(zygomatic complex fractures,ZCF)的临床疗效。方法:91例ZCF除C2型外,共有82例采用颌面部小切口入路进行坚强内固定,术后随访进行疗效评判。结果:82例术后1～3个月复查,疗效Ⅰ级53例,Ⅱ级23例,Ⅲ级6例;术后切口均一期愈合,仅遗留不明显的细线状痕迹,隐蔽效果满意,无面神经损伤、睑外翻、泪道堵塞等并发症。结论:对适宜病例采用面部小切口入路治疗ZCF,符合现代治疗原则所推崇的"功能与外形双项标准",值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of minor facial incision in the treatment of zygomatic complex fractures（ZCF）. Methods：Ninety-one patients with ZCF except 9 cases of type C2 were treated with minor facial incision and rigid fixation.The clinical effects of 82 cases were evaluated by postoperative follow up. Results：Eighty-two cases were reexamined in 1 to 3 months after operation.The grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of curative effects were 53,23 and 6 cases,respectively.Postoperative incision of all cases were primary healing.Unconspicuous fine line trace was found,and concealed effect was satisfactory.The facial nerve injury,ectropion and lacrimal duct jam of complications were not detected. Conclusions：The minor facial incision may be a good choice for treating ZCF,which conforms to the modern therapeutic principles of the double standard of function and appearance and is worth clinical spread application.
