外固定架加有限内固定治疗老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折36例

Extarnal fixators combined with limited internal fixation for treatment of unstable distal radius fracture in 36 aged patients

目的:探讨外固定架加有限内固定治疗老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用外固定架加有限内固定治疗老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折36例,外固定架在术后6～8周拆除,术后进行腕关节功能训练。结果:36例均获随访,时间为6～24个月。X线显示骨折全部愈合。骨折愈合后关节功能评价,优21例,良11例,可3例,差1例,总体优良率88.9%。结论:外固定架加有限内固定治疗老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折,固定牢固、可靠,可有效防止骨折的再移位和丢失,操作简单,并发症少,疗效满意,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of extarnal fixators combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture in aged patients. Methods：Thirty-six aged patients with unstable distal radius fracture were treated with extarnal fixators combined with limited internal fixation.The extarnal fixators were removed in 6 to 8 weeks after operation and wrist function was trained. Results：All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months.The fracture healing was good under X-ray.According to Aro′s evaluation of the distal radial fracture,21 cases were excellent,11 cases good,3 cases fair and 1 case poor.The overall excellence rate was 88.9%. Conclusions：The extarnal fixators combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture of aged patients is fastness and reliable,which can prevent the redisplacement and loss of fracture.The method is simple,less complications and good effects,which is worthy of application widely.
