摘要
目的:观察致人腹泻的麦氏弧菌的生物学性状。方法:参照GB15984-1995对1例腹泻患者进行病原学检测。结果:检测出麦氏弧菌1株,显示其不耐低温、耐碱和耐胆盐的特性,对青霉素、头孢拉定、复方磺胺甲口恶唑则有较高的耐药性,对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、氯霉素、呋喃唑酮等敏感,并能产生强烈的肠道毒素。结论:研究麦氏弧菌的生物学特性有助于临床快速检测,从而及时作出诊断,为患者采取有效治疗。
Objective：To study the biological characteristics of pathogenic Vibrio Metschnikovii. Methods：The etiology of one patient who subjected to diarrheal was determined according to GB15984-1995 detection. Results：One diarrhea Vibrio Metschnikovii had been detected,which displayed some biological characteristics：not resistance to heat,resistance to alkali and bile salt,higher resistance to penicillin,pioneer adriamycin and sulfamethoxazole and producing strong intestinal toxins. Conclusions：The biological characteristics of pathogenic Vibrio Metschnikovii not only contributes to clinical detection,but also makes doctor to diagnose promptly and offers effective treatment.
