摘要
目的:观察致人腹泻的麦氏弧菌的生物学性状。方法:参照GB15984-1995对1例腹泻患者进行病原学检测。结果:检测出麦氏弧菌1株,显示其不耐低温、耐碱和耐胆盐的特性,对青霉素、头孢拉定、复方磺胺甲口恶唑则有较高的耐药性,对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、氯霉素、呋喃唑酮等敏感,并能产生强烈的肠道毒素。结论:研究麦氏弧菌的生物学特性有助于临床快速检测,从而及时作出诊断,为患者采取有效治疗。
Objective:To study the biological characteristics of pathogenic Vibrio Metschnikovii. Methods:The etiology of one patient who subjected to diarrheal was determined according to GB15984-1995 detection. Results:One diarrhea Vibrio Metschnikovii had been detected,which displayed some biological characteristics:not resistance to heat,resistance to alkali and bile salt,higher resistance to penicillin,pioneer adriamycin and sulfamethoxazole and producing strong intestinal toxins. Conclusions:The biological characteristics of pathogenic Vibrio Metschnikovii not only contributes to clinical detection,but also makes doctor to diagnose promptly and offers effective treatment.
