少数民族地区实施创新驱动战略的路径选择——以广西为例

On Route Selecting of Carrying out Innovation Drive Strategy in Ethnic Regions

加快少数民族地区的科技自主创新,缩小中西部地区的科技发展差距是必须直面的重要课题。少数民族地区面临着科研经费不足、科技人才匮乏,同时科技成果转化机制不够灵活、创新文化氛围缺失等都导致科技创新的差距急速增大。必须从根源上着力解决创新经费、创新布局、创新成果转化、创新文化培育等一系列问题,使少数民族地区创新驱动战略落到实处。

Speeding up the independent innovation of science and technology in ethnic regions and reducing development gap of sci- ence and technology between central and western regions of China is an important issue which must be faced. The causes of scientific re- search fund and scientific and technological talents in shortage, the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements being not agile, and lack of innovative culture atmosphere leads to the gap growing rapidly. In order to drive the innovation strategy into effect in ethnic regions, a sequence of problems must be solved from sources such as the innovation funds,innovative layout,innovation a- chievements,innovation culture.
