摘要
通过对柳州高职高专院校女大学生余暇体育意识的调查,分析女大学生参加余暇体育锻炼的影响因素,提出了增强女大学生余暇体育意识的方法和途径,为女大学生余暇体育活动的开展提供参考和建议。
Having done an investigation of female students＇ leisure sports consciousness in Liuzhou 3 - year Colleges and analyzed the factors influencing the female students to take part in the leisure sports,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the female col- lege students.
