摘要
通过前处理软件HyperMesh建立该车身的有限元模型,通过MSC.Nastran求解器对该有限元模型进行求解,得到车身的各阶固有频率及对应的振型关系;将分析结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了该车身有限元模型的有效性,为后期有针对性地对车身结构进行改进、提高车身的局部刚度和动态特性提供了可靠依据。
Finite element model of the vehicle's body was built by the pre-processing software of HyperMesh, and calculated by solver MSC.Nastran. Thus the corresponding modes in vibration of different orders were obtained and compared with the results of the simulation test. The validity of the FEA model was verified. The result provides an important basis for body structure improvement being targeted, and will increase the body of local stiffness and dynamic properties.
