亚麻的阳离子改性及其酸性染料染色性能的研究

Research of Cationic Modification and Dyeing Properties on Linen Fibers with Acid Dyes

通过对亚麻的改性,可改善亚麻织物的染色性能。本实验以自制的阳离子改性剂对亚麻进行改性,找出亚麻改性的最佳工艺条件,并对改性的亚麻进行染色,测试染色牢度,实现毛麻混纺织物一浴一步法染色,结果令人满意。

It can improve dyeing properties of linen fibers via modifying linen fibers. This research modified linen by self-madied cationic modification agent, and found optimum process conditions of modifying linen fibers,and dyeing on modified linen fibers, then test dyeing fastness to achievethe the cationic modified linen and wool fibers dyes with one-bath-one-step dyeing processing, the re- sult was satisfactory.
