辽宁省高等学校师德建设调查分析

A Survey-based Analysis of the Current Situation of the University Teachers' Moral Construction of Liaoning Province

为了深入了解高等学校师德建设情况,从教师的视角对辽宁省高等学校师德建设的现状进行了调查和访谈;调查结果表明,当前辽宁省高等学校师德的总体状况良好,广大教师敬业爱岗、职业认同感和教书育人的积极性不断提高。同时,高等学校在师德建设方面还存在表面化、形式化的现象,对师德考核的认识不足,措施不力;加强高等学校师德建设,必须规范教师职业道德,加强教师师德修养,建立科学的师德考评体系。

In order to have a further knowledge of the university teachers＂ moral construction, a survey and research was made on the teachers＂ moral construction of the colleges and universities in Liaoning province. From the teacher＇s angle of view a survey and an interview were conducted on the current situation of the teachers＂ moral construction of the Liaoning colleges and universities. The result showed that, currently, the general situation of the Liaoning university teachers＂ moral construction is fine： teachers love and are dedicated to their jobs; their sense of occupation identity and enthusiasm for imparting knowledge and educating people are actively growing. On the other side, however, formalism exists in the university teachers＂ moral construction; the significance of the examination of university teachers＂ morality fails to be fully understood; and the measures for the university teachers＂ moral construction are not quite effective. Therefore, it is suggested that the university teachers＂ professional morafity be regulated; the university teachers＇ moral cultivation streng thened; and a scientific examination and evaluation system for university teachers＇ morality set up.
