形势与政策课程的教学改革创新瓶颈在于课程内容更新速度快、时效性强,而课本内容往往滞后,在形势与政策课程中运用微博能较好地解决这一问题。但要理性面对微博在形势与政策课程中的作用:既要利用微博畅通课程的主客体、介体、环体四个环节、提升教学效果,又要坚持疏堵结合,正确对待微博这把双刃剑。在形势与政策课程中,使用微博应该去仪式化,把握好"三个一""三个多",通过建立教师使用微博的奖惩机制、微博主旋律导向和微博的效果评价体系,架通形势与政策课程和信息之间的桥梁,拓展课程改革的空间。

The bottleneck problem in the Situation and Policy teaching lies in the fact that the course content changes so rapidly that the textbook fails to reflect the change in time. An effective solution to the problem is the application of microblogs. The teachers of the course should learn to coordinate all the factors of microblogs to improve the teaching effect. Microblog is a double-edged sword with the function of curing and prevention. Microblog should not be used as a form or ritual but a way of communication. An encouragement mechanism and assessment system in using microblog should be established to bridge Situation and Policy and constantly change information, and extend the space of course reform.
