摘要
论述了国内EPC总包模式的的风险管理,重点分析了水电站总承包项目的风险特点以及风险防范的应对方法;并通过实例,剖析了建设过程中的合同风险、设计风险、采购风险以及施工风险的成因及防范措施。
As an important part of project management, engineering contract management runs through the whole managing progress. Whether it is successful or not,the contract management will directly reflect level of the management and influence the project's benefits. Therefore,how to do the contract management work well is the common topic among the construction industry. Combined with the actual work, this paper describes how to do the contract management work, especially, from the contract management guarantee system and the contract specific implementation measures and supervision in the process of contract implementation, etc.
