摘要
景观主要指美学概念上的景观,亦即视觉景观。视觉景观环境影响评价时首先识别项目周边的自然景观和人文景观,根据其美学质量、多样性进行景观环境现状评价,再根据工程特点重点分析其营运中可能带来的有利的、不利的潜在的影响,提出景观保护、利用、开发及减缓不利影响的措施。以山西省昔阳县松溪供水工程为实例,演示视觉景观环境影响评价思路。
Landscape mainly refers to the landscape in aesthetic sense, namely visual landscape. Visual landscape environmental assessment is to first identify the natural landscape and the humanities landscape around the project ,to evaluate the landscape status based on its aesthetic quality and landscape diversity, and then according to the engineering characteristics to analyze the possible favorite, potential unfavorable impacts and propose the landscape protection and utilization, development measures. Taking Songxi Water Supply Project in Xiyang County as an example, visual landscape impact assessment is illustrated in details.
