Practice of Lable Furnace Refining Process of the Ultra-low Sulfur Steel

基于首钢京唐公司“全三脱冶炼”洁净钢生产平台，结合超低硫钢生产数据，分析研究了各工序环节控制硫含量情况。结果表明，控制脱磷炉回硫和LF炉脱硫是控制钢液深脱硫的关键。

Based on the ＂ D-S, D-P, D-Si ＂ process of Shougang Jingtang company and compounding the ultra-sulfur producing date, this paper analyzes the sulfur controlling conditions in different processes. The results show that the keys to control deep desulphurization of the molten steel are to control the sulfur increase in the converter and make the ladle furnace desulphurization.
