摘要
在研究热连轧工艺过程和活套控制系统原理基础上,分析活套量和活套力矩的数学模型,并结合工程实际,研制开发了活套控制关键技术,利用计算机控制技术、网络通讯技术和图形显示技术,设计出带钢热连轧活套控制系统,提高了热连轧生产过程自动化控制水平,实现了活套和带钢张力的精确控制。
On the basis of the research of the process of hot strip rolling and the theory of looper control system, the mathematical model of loop length and loop torque is analyzed. Combined with engineering practice, the key technologies of looper control system are researched and developed. By using computer control technology, network communication technology and graphic display technology, a hot strip rolling looper control system is established. The levels of hot strip rolling automatic control are improved. The looper and strip tension precise control function is realized.
