摘要
指出了比例换向阀的流量随负载压力波动而变化的机理,结合技术改造项目阐述了液压比例控制系统中比例换向阀和压力补偿器配合使用的优势,使用压力补偿器可有效改善比例换向阀阀口的节流特性,从而提高比例换向阀输出随输入信号变化的线性性能。
This thesis pointed out the work principle that the flow of proportional directional valve changes with the load pressure fluctuation, and showed the advantage for the combination of proportional directional valve and pressure compensator based on the technical transformation projects. And pressure compensator can effectively improve the orificing characteristics of proportional directional valve's port, thereby enhancing the linear performance for the change of proportional directional valve's output with input signal.
