摘要
对于高增益二极管泵浦激光放大器,均匀泵浦时会产生储能分布的不均匀。模拟分析了非均匀分布泵浦光对储能分布的影响,计算结果表明:使用一定的非均匀分布泵浦能够获得均匀的储能分布,使用一定范围的非均匀分布泵浦对储能均匀性起到改善作用。模拟分析了重复频率工作条件下使用非均匀分布泵浦对温度分布的影响情况,计算结果表明介质中心处温度有所下降,介质边缘处温度没有变化。因此,减小了介质整体温度和温度梯度,有利于热管理。
For high gain diode pumped laser amplifier, uniform pumping will result in non-uniform energy-storage distribution. The impacts made by several kinds of non-uniform pumping on the non- uniformity of energy-storage distribution were simulated, and the results indicated that the uniform energy-storage distribution could be attained by some definite kind of non-uniform pumping and the uniformity of energy-storage distribution could be improved by some range of non-uniform pumping. The impact of non-uniform pumping on temperature profile was also simulated. The result showed that the temperature had a drop in the center and no change in the margin. This indicated that the average temperature and the temperature gradient were reduced at the same time, which was propitious to thermal management.
