摘要 浙江邮电职业技术学院通信技术专业以人才培养模式改革和创新为抓手,全面推进专业建设。其具体措施:校企深度融合,共同优化三年三阶段"工学交替,能力递进"人才培养模式;共同进行以"全过程通信线路"为导向的课程体系改革;打造一支校企互通、专兼结合的"双师"结构专业教学团队,提升教师社会服务能力;建成集专业教学、职业培训、技术服务"三位一体"的校内外生产性实训基地。 ZheJiang Vocational and Technical College of Posts and Telecommunications starts with the reform and innovation of talents cultivation mode to promote the specialty construction comprehensively.The specific measures include: schools and enterprises integrate deeply to optimize the talents cultivation mode of "working-learning alternation,abilities climax" with three stages in three years;commonly reform the curriculum system with the orientation of "the whole line of communication";develop a "dual-qualification" professional teaching team with school-enterprise intercommunication,specialized and part-time teachers integration and improve teachers' abilities serving society;establish the trinity productive practice base inside and outside of campus integrating professional teaching,occupational training and technical service.
