Principal Curriculum Leadership in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on the Linkage of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

中高职衔接的核心是课程衔接,而课程衔接涉及到中职学校内部很多部门,同时还需要对口高职院校和企业的多方配合。为此,需要中职校长从人才培养目标设计、课程价值导向、体系设置、内容开发、实施与评价等方面,进行系统的课程领导,以保证中高职课程衔接的真正实现。

The core of linkage between secondary and higher vocational education is the linkage of courses,which is related to many departments in secondary vocational schools,and needs the cooperation of higher vocational colleges and enterprises.For that,it is necessary for the principals of secondary vocational schools to lead the course systematically from the design of talents training goal,course value guidance,system setting,content development,implementation and evaluation,etc.so as to achieve the linkage of curricula between secondary and higher vocational education.
