摘要
目的与方法 :本实验采用全胚胎培养方法 ,建立了环磷酰胺致畸作用模型 ,并在此基础上利用流式细胞分析术对培养所得胚胎进行了细胞学观察与分析。结果与结论 :发现环磷酰胺所致胚胎畸形可能与其所引起的细胞周期改变及细胞凋亡有关。
Purpose and Methods: By using mouse whole embryo culture technique, the in vitro model of cyclophosphamide-induced teratogenicity was established. The cellular effects of cyclophosphamide on mouse embryos was evaluated by light microscopy and flow cytometry. Results and Conclusion: The results suggested that the variation of cell cycle and the occurrence of apoptosis might be involved in cyclophosphamide-induced teratogenicity.
