摘要 顶岗实习制度在加拿大高等职业教育中的实施由来已久。其主要特征表现在:重视管理机构、用人单位和学生的三方合作,重视课堂学习与顶岗实习的交替进行,重视利用现代科技手段进行管理等。加拿大高职教育顶岗实习模式的多方合作、交叉进行和力求实效值得我国学习和借鉴。 Post practical training system of higher vocational education in Canada has implemented for a long time.Its main characteristics is reflected in the attention to the tripartite cooperation of management institutions,employers and students,the conducting alternately between classroom learning and post practical training and the use of modern means of science and technology to management.Multi-party cooperation,cross-carried and seeking actual effect of post practical training mode of higher vocational education in Canada is worth to learn and use for reference for China.
