摘要
目的与方法 :为了给临床提供肿瘤标本细胞的生长信息并筛选敏感性抗癌药 ,提高疗效 ,本文以MTT比色法对 1 0 0例实体瘤原代细胞进行了 8种化疗药物及郑氏植物蛋白对其体外增殖影响作用的测定。结果与结论 :结果表明 8种临床常用的化疗药物中以顺铂、卡铂、5—氟脲嘧啶、丝裂霉素C的抑瘤敏感性较高 ,但不同标本瘤细胞的敏感性药谱不一样 ,提示了肿瘤治疗个体化的必要性。同时显示郑氏植物蛋白对 70 %的标本瘤细胞有促进增殖的作用。长春新碱、阿霉素和足叶乙甙对个别标本瘤细胞也有促增殖作用。
Purpose: In order to observe the effect of chemotherapeutic drugs and Zheng's plant-protein on 100 case human solid tumor cells and to obtain information of tumor cell growing and of select sensitive chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods: The activity of sample tumor cell in primary culture was detemined with MTT colorimetry. Results and Conclusion: The proliferation of 30% sample tumor was unwell, but the other 70% was well. Results showed high sensitivity on sample tumor cell are cisplatin, carboplatinum, 5-Fluorouracil, mitomycin C and bleomycin. The proliferation of the tumor cells was promoted by stimulation of Zheng's plant-protein . The proliferation of a few sample tumor cells was promoted by vincristine, adriamycin and vepeside also.
