Private non-academic higher education institutions is decreasing radically now. Therefore, how to adjust their development strategy and realize rapid transformation is a serious issue for all organizers and sponsors of private non-aca- demic higher education institutions. A feasible mode for private non-academic institutions of higher education to get ride of difficulties and realize rapid development is to use the disruptive innovation theory of the enterprise innovation manage- ment theory to transform them into enterprise universities.
