摘要
企业培训战略是企业战略的有机组成部分。通过分析各种企业战略形成理论发现,危机环境分析是各种理论的逻辑起点,这使企业培训战略要具有危机管理思维。基于危机管理视角的企业培训更具战略性、系统性和针对性,企业培训战略设计紧紧围绕培训需求分析、培训内容、培训过程、培训方法等环节,可以长期视角进行人力资源开发与准备,也可以防止企业陷入危机,进而有利于企业的长远发展。
Corporate training strategy is an integral part of corporate strategy. Analysis on various theories of the forma- t/on of corporate strategy shows that, cr/sis environment analysis is the starting point of various theories. Therefore, corpo- rate training strategy should have a crisis management thinking. The corporate training based on crisis management per- spective should be more strategic, systematic and targeted. With the designing of the training needs analysis training con- tent, training process, training methods and other aspects and long-term human resources development, corporate training strategy can prevent corporate crisis, which is conducive to long-term development of enterprises.
