“车床模型制作与装配”课相开发与实践

Development and Practice on Class Phase for “Production and Assembly of Lathe Model” Course

北京电子科技职业学院机电一体化技术专业开发的4级课相课程体系由"职业基础模块、职业能力模块、职业拓展模块"三大模块组成。"车床模型制作与装配"是4级课相中的专业基础课相,在学生入学后的第二学期开设。该课相开发过程中,将其分为车床与模型认识与拆卸、车床与模型零部件测量、车床模型零件图绘制与三维实体造型、车床模型零件加工、车床模型组装等五部分,教学过程采用"教、学、训、做、评"一体化模式。

Four-level class phase curriculum system was developed in electro-mechanical integration technical specialty of Beijing Vocational College of Electronic Science, which is consist of three modules, such as vocational foundation module, vocational ability module and vocational extension module. Production and Assembly of Lathe Model is the specialized fundamental class phase in four-level class phases, and it was set up in the second reign. In its development process, the class phases are divided into five parts： cognition and disassembly of lathe model, parts measurement of lathe model, parts drawing of lathe model and three-dimension solid modeling, parts processing of lather model, and assembly of lathe model. Its teaching process adopt the ＂teaching, learning, training, doing and evaluating＂ integration model, which has gained good effects.
