摘要 高职院校专职创业指导教师缺乏,创业教育课程与实际脱节,学生自主创业信心不足等问题制约创业教育的有效开展。审视当前大学生就业和创业现状,高职院校应树立基于多元智能理论的创业教育观,通过各种措施挖掘学生的开拓性素质和创造性潜能,引导学生转变就业观念;建立融于专业教育的分层创业教育模式,根据不同专业、不同个体的不同需求与定位分别实施不同类型的创业教育,注重创业教育的专业性与普及性的结合;开发以创新创业活动为导向的创业教育课程体系,注重课程的实践性;完善以师资为核心的创业教育保障体系,建立创业教育保障机制。 Many problems limit the effective development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, such as the lack of full-time teachers for entrepreneurship guidance, the disconnection between entrepreneurship education courses and the actual need, and the shortage of students' entrepreneurship confidence, etc. According to the survey on the situation of graduates' employment and entrepreneurship, higher vocational colleges need to based on the entrepreneur- ship education outlook of multiple intelligence theory and take various measures to develop students' pioneering qualities and creative abilities to guide students to change their employment views; establish the layer entrepreneurship education mode integrating into professional education and implement different types of entrepreneurship education in line with the different needs and orientation of different specialties and individual while pay attention to the integration of the speciality and the universality of entrepreneurship education; develop the entrepreneurship education curriculum system with the orientation of entrepreneurship activities and focus on the practicality of curriculum; optimize the entrepreneurship education guarantee system with the core of teachers and establish the entrepreneurship education guarantee mechanism.
