摘要
新生男婴睾丸的曲精小管上皮,含精原细胞,可区分A型和B型,支持细胞为不规则形,数量较多。间质细胞,成群分布,细胞多边形,胞质含脂滴,嗜苏丹黑B颗粒或嗜六胺银颗粒,表明其已有分泌功能。输出小管和副睾管已可区分两种上皮细胞。
This paper describes testis and epididymis in 16 newborn infants. The wall of the seminiferous tubule has a basement membrane lined with the spermatogonia ( type A and type B) and the supporting or Sertoli cells. The interstitial or Leydig tell is a polyhedral cell having a large pale nucleus with one or two nucleoli, and an eo-sinophilic cytoplasm, which contains lipid droplets and brownblack granule with Sudan black B or silver stain. The Leydig cells produce hormone, mainly testosterone. Efferent ductules is lined with an epithelium composed of ciliated columnar cells and cuboidal cells. The ductus epididymis is lined with pseudostrotified columnar epithelium, that consisting of principal cells and basal cells.
