VEGF和NOS2诊断声门上喉癌隐性颈淋巴结转移

Expression of VEGF and NOS2 for Ocult Cervical Lymph Node Metastasis in Supraglottic Laryngeal Carinoma

探讨声门上喉癌隐性颈淋巴结转移更有价值的预测方法。［方法］应用免疫组化染色检测血管内皮生长因子 （ＶＥＧＦ）和Ⅱ型一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ２）的表达，回顾性分析１２９例声门上喉癌的病例资料。［结果］ＶＥＧＦ和ＮＯＳ２的表达与声门上型 喉癌颈淋巴结转移呈正相关。［结论］ＶＥＧＦ和ＮＯＳ２的表达结果可指导临床对声门上型喉癌Ｎ_０病例应用选择性颈清扫术。

Purpose] To search a better method to predict ocult cervical lymph node metastasis of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma. [Methods]One hundred and twenty-nine cases of supragloltic laryngeal carcinoma were retrospectively analysed through testing VEGF and NOS2 expression by immunohistochemical staining. [Results] Expression of VEGF and NOS2 was positively correlated with foe cervical lymph node metastasis in supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma. [Conclusion] Expression of VEGF and NOS2 may serve as a guideline to perform selective neck lymph node dissection for supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma.
