知识生产方式变迁下的产业—教学—科研—学习连结体的组织特征 被引量:7

Organization Characteristics of Industry-teaching-research-study Union in the Transformation of Knowledge Production Mode

摘要 传统知识生产方式下,大学的知识生产呈现出对外封闭、对内开放的格局,大学内部的知识生产共同体表现为教学—科研—学习连结体。随着知识生产方式的变化,知识与社会之间的联系日益交融,教学—科研—学习连结体发展为产业—教学—科研—学习连结体。产业元素的加入,扩宽了原有知识生产共同体的边界,并呈现出不同形式的协同创新模式。 Under the traditional mode of knowledge production, knowledge production in universities was open to the interior but closed to the exterior; the knowledge production community of university acted as the union of teaching-research-study. With the change of knowledge production, the relationship between knowledge and society was becoming increasingly close, and the union of teaching research study was developing towards the union of industry-teaching-research-study. Owing to the joining of industry, it widened the boundary of the traditional knowledge production community, showing various forms of collaborative innovation modes.
